We offer expert help to ensure compliance

Commercial swimming pools can be found in many settings;  leisure centres, schools, hotels, hospitals etc. They are all subject to legislation such as the Health and Safety at Work Act, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations. The Health & Safety Executive produce guidance to help swimming pool operators achieve compliance. This is referred to as 'HSG179 Managing Health and Safety in Swimming Pools'. We can help you to interpret and implement the guidance contained within this key document.
